Overview

Discover bibliometrics, references, and citation files for the paper on your current tab.

Paper Metrics brings rich bibliometrics to any page with a DOI. The extension detects the DOI on your current tab, pulls metadata from OpenAlex and Crossref, and presents everything you need in a single popup: • Impact at a glance – title, author counts, field-weighted citation impact, citation percentile, institutions, countries, and references. • Citations by year – responsive bar chart showing the past 10 years with the peak year highlighted. • Referenced works – paginated list (five per page) with a one-click option to open the full reference list in a new window. • Citation exports – download clean BibTeX, RIS, or CSL-JSON files built from Crossref data for Zotero, EndNote, Mendeley, and more. • Shortcut reminder and Donation link for fast access and community support. No analytics, no tracking—just live bibliometrics powered by OpenAlex and Crossref whenever you need them.
