Copy Panopto URL of current playing time

The extension allows you to copy urls on panopto site as markdown links. The default shortcut is: - Cmd + Shift + P (Mac) - Ctrl + Shift + P (Other) To note: You should open the "contents" / "discussion" pane on panopto left side so that the extension can get information of currently playing section.
