When will Pear Deck Power-UP be working again?

I used Pear Deck Power-Up last Spring, and it worked great. Now it doesn't work, and I have to redo my presentations. I would like it to work again. Thank you.

Transitions not transfering

Whenever I have tried to use transitions in pear deck the full slides will load for my students, and I cannot transition from their end. My presentation will transition, but my students will see the full slide from the beginning.

This has happened for several months, and I do not know why. I could split all my transitions into separate slides, but that is a lot of work when I know this has worked in the past.

It does not work

I've followed all the steps ypu mention. Still it does not work as you said it would. In a teacher paced lesson, students cannot get the video I inserted in the slide. In a student paced lesson, a screen with the video appears; however, it is only a link to the video.

GIFs/Videos

I am paying for the upgraded version of Pear Deck, but my GIFs and videos won't play. I am being observed tomorrow, so I really hope things are back to normal by then. Thanks!

PearDeck extension and Power-Up not working

Today, the PearDeck extension disappeared off my Google Slides and when I click the add-ons tabs it is there and works. However, it suggests to me to download the Power-Up which I have installed but it does not work. I also tried uninstalling everything and adding it again for the same result

Gifs and Videos

Can you please fix the GIF issue? They will not play. Also, can you fix the videos to play inside the slides and not go to another window. Thank you.
