PageVoice — Read Aloud

Real-time text-to-speech for any web page. Reads the whole page or your selection aloud, with follow-along word highlighting.

PageVoice reads the text of the tab the user is currently viewing when they click the toolbar button, press the keyboard shortcut, or choose "Read aloud" from the right-click menu. activeTab grants temporary access to that single tab, only in response to that user action, so the page's visible text can be converted to speech on-device.
