PageTidy — Website Quality Check
Overview
Find website quality issues and understand them in plain English.
Give your website one last tidy before you share it. PageTidy is a pre-publish checklist for designers, no-code makers, solo founders, and small-business owners. It finds common details that can make a page feel confusing, unfinished, or hard to use—and explains what to do in plain English. Click “Check this page” to review the page you are currently viewing. PageTidy prioritizes what it finds and lets you jump directly to the part of the page that deserves attention. THE EARLY PREVIEW CHECKS FOR • missing or confusing headings • images without useful descriptions • buttons and form fields without understandable labels • vague or placeholder links • links that still point to private development addresses • text that is too small • controls that are difficult to tap • content that is cut off or causes sideways scrolling • missing page titles, descriptions, canonical addresses, favicons, and sharing images • insecure links from secure pages PRIVATE BY DEFAULT PageTidy has no account, analytics, trackers, AI API, or server. A check starts only when you click the button. The page and results remain in your browser. This is an early preview. The first 40 findings are shown, and automated checks cannot replace testing with real visitors or a professional accessibility audit.
