PageShot takes clean screenshots of any web page — the visible area, a region you drag out, or the whole page — with no watermark, no account and no upload. THREE CAPTURE MODES • Visible area — exactly what you see on screen. • Region — drag to select just the part you need. • Full page — automatically scrolls once to trigger lazy-loaded images, then captures the entire page in a single shot. Because nothing is stitched together, there are no seams, no duplicated sticky sidebars, and layouts that scroll inside an inner container (dashboards, issue trackers, SPA shells) are measured correctly. Captures are taken at your screen's native pixel density, so Retina/HiDPI screenshots stay sharp. FREE FOREVER, NO WATERMARK Every capture mode and the full annotation editor are free, permanently. The only paid feature is one-click PDF export, unlocked with a license key. FAST TO USE • Toolbar popup, right-click menu, or keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+Shift+V visible area + copy Ctrl+Shift+F full page + save Ctrl+Shift+S region (Command+Shift+* on macOS) • After each capture a small in-page toast shows the dimensions and three actions: Copy, Save PNG, Edit — one click, no extra dialogs. CLEAN LONG SCREENSHOTS Fixed and sticky page headers, footers and navigation bars are hidden before the capture and restored immediately after, so a long page doesn't repeat the same bar dozens of times. BUILT-IN ANNOTATION EDITOR Rectangle, ellipse, arrow, text and mosaic/pixelate for highlighting details or hiding sensitive information. Pick colors, set the text size, undo a mistake, then save as PNG. All rendering happens on a local canvas. MULTILINGUAL Interface available in English, 简体中文, 日本語, Deutsch, Español and Français, following your browser language automatically. PRIVACY • Screenshots never leave your browser: no upload, no cloud, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no account. • Works fully offline. • No license key installed = zero network requests. • After activation the license key is checked with our license server at most once every 2 hours, and only when you open the popup; if the check fails (offline, server down) the last known state is used. • Data sent during a check: the license key, a randomly generated installation ID, plus browser name/version, UI language and timezone for license binding and abuse prevention. No page content, no URLs, no screenshots, no browsing history. NOTES • Full-page and region capture use Chrome's DevTools capture API, so Chrome briefly shows a "started debugging" bar during the shot. It closes automatically. • Very long pages are scaled down to stay inside Chrome's capture limits (up to 16,000 px per side, 50 megapixels); the toast tells you when that happens. Good for tutorials, documentation, bug reports, UI reviews and office documents.
