PageScale Measure lets you calibrate a scale on any webpage and take quick, accurate measurements right on top of plans, maps, product images, or screenshots — no extra software needed. 📐🧭 Why you’ll love it: a) Calibrate on the fly: Pick two points and enter the real distance to set the scale. b) Measure anything on-screen: Click two points; get a red line + label instantly. c) Multiple units: mm, cm, m, in, ft, yd — plus ft+in (e.g., 5′ 7.5″). d) PNG export: Select an area and export a clean snapshot with your measurements. 🖼️ e)Compact overlay UI: Stays out of the way so you keep maximum screen space. f) Fast workflow: Undo, clear, show/hide overlay, and more. HOW IT WORKS (3 steps) 1. Open the page you want to measure → click the extension → Activate on this tab. 2. Click Calibrate → pick two points → enter the known distance. 3. Click Measure, then click two points anywhere on the page to get length + label. Tip: Change Display units any time (including ft+in) without recalibrating. EXPORT Click Export, drag to select the area, and it saves a PNG with the overlay. Free plan adds a small watermark. PRO exports are watermark-free. 🔒 FREE VS PRO Free: Up to 7 measurements per page + watermark on exports. PRO: Unlimited measurements + no watermark on all future exports. KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS Esc — close the overlay Ctrl/⌘ + Z or Backspace — undo last segment Accuracy notes Always calibrate on the exact zoom level you’ll measure at. If you zoom or change DPI, recalibrate for best accuracy. Measurements reflect distances on-screen; they’re not a substitute for certified surveying or engineering tools. PRIVACY No analytics. No tracking. Nothing is uploaded anywhere; exports happen locally in your browser.
