Plenty of modern sites do not — Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, Discord and most dashboard layouts keep the page itself fixed and scroll an inner panel instead. PageReel detects that panel and captures it properly, so a long email thread or a long chat comes out as one complete image instead of a single screenful.
