PagePilot — In-Page Guidance
Overview
Projects Claude's step-by-step guidance directly onto the page with highlights and copyable snippets.
PagePilot puts your AI assistant's instructions directly on the page you're working on — so you don't have to bounce between a chat window and the task. When your local AI assistant (such as Claude) hands you a set of steps, PagePilot shows them as a floating checklist, highlights the on-page element each step refers to, and gives you copyable text snippets to drop into fields. You follow along in place, one clear step at a time. Everything stays on your machine. PagePilot has no remote servers, no analytics, and no tracking. It reads the current page only to position highlights — that never leaves your browser — and it sends no page content anywhere. HOW IT WORKS • Your AI assistant sends a step list through a small companion app on your own computer • PagePilot renders it as an on-page checklist with a highlighted target and snippets • You work through it; dismiss or clear the guidance anytime GREAT FOR • Following an AI's walkthrough of an unfamiliar tool or workflow • Guided form-filling with copy-ready snippets • Onboarding and how-to tutorials that live on the page PRIVACY PagePilot does not collect or transmit your data. Guidance appears only when you start it, and the page content it reads to place highlights never leaves your device. See the privacy policy for details.
