You had six scanned pages and needed them as one file, so you searched for "merge PDF", uploaded a signed contract to a website you had never heard of, waited, downloaded it back — and then noticed the free tier only takes three files at a time. Pagely is that job without the upload. It is a Chrome extension, it runs on your own machine, and the documents never touch a server, because there is no server. ★ MERGE Drop several PDFs in at once. Every page from every file lands in one grid, in order, ready to save as a single document. No file count limit, no daily quota. ★ SPLIT Click the scissors between any two pages to cut the document there, or split every N pages in one go. The parts come back as one ZIP, numbered so they sort correctly. ★ REORDER, ROTATE, DELETE Every page is a card with a real preview. Drag them into the order you want. Turn the ones that were scanned sideways. Select "1-3, 7, 12-" and delete the blanks. Shift-click for a range, odd/even for the pages a duplex scanner got wrong. ★ EXTRACT Select the pages you want and keep only those — a two-page extract from a 90-page report, without a single upload. ★ SIGN Draw your signature with a mouse or a trackpad, type it in a handwriting face, or upload a photo of the one you signed on paper — Pagely lifts it off the paper and makes the background transparent. Then click where it goes, drag it into place, and put it on one page or all of them. Your signature is saved on your own machine so you never draw it twice, and it is never sent anywhere. (It is a stamp, like signing a printed page — not a certificate-backed digital signature.) ★ COMPRESS — properly Most "PDF compressors" flatten every page into a picture, which makes the file smaller and destroys your ability to select, search or copy a word of it. Pagely does the opposite: it finds the *bitmaps* inside the document — the scan, the phone photo, the screenshot pasted into a report — and re-encodes only those, at a quality you choose. Text stays text. Links stay links. A scanned page typically drops by half or better. ★ IT REALLY IS LOCAL No host permissions. No content scripts. No account. No network code of any kind — pull the plug on your Wi-Fi and Pagely works exactly the same.
