Page Word Counter is a single-purpose extension that counts how many words are on the page you’re viewing. • Click the extension icon • Click “Count words on this page” • See the word count instantly The extension only uses the “scripting” and “activeTab” permissions to run a simple word-count function on the active tab after you click the button. It does not collect or transmit any personal data.
