Summarize web pages using OpenAI API

Summarize long-winded articles using GPT. Great for research, browsing the news, and finding new recipes without having to wade through a long-winded story about the author's deeply personal and emotional relationship with this recipe. This extension is open source and the code is available under the MIT license: https://github.com/sysread/page-summarizer Features: - Summarize the contents of any web page using GPT - Summarize selected text - Summarize text and PDF file contents - Fill out text inputs using a custom prompt - Build profiles with your custom instructions (e.g., "news" vs "social") - Choose from GPT models gpt-3.5-turbo, gpt-3.5-turbo-16k, gpt-4, and the new gpt-4-turbo - Note that you will need an OpenAI API key to use this extension (https://beta.openai.com/signup)

Works perfectly, great to have the option to create prompts and use OpenAI, kudoss to the developer!
