Page Measure is a fast pixel ruler and spacing inspector for web designers, developers and QA testers. A modern Manifest V3 replacement for the classic page ruler extensions. SINGLE PURPOSE: Measure and inspect the visual layout of a web page: sizes, distances and colors. PERMISSIONS JUSTIFICATION: - activeTab + scripting: inject the measuring layer only into the tab where the user clicks the extension icon. activeTab is also used to take a screenshot of the visible tab in Color mode so the user can pick a pixel color; the image stays in the page and is never sent anywhere. - storage: save the user's rulers, guides and grid settings locally (Pro).
