Hand Tool

Can't see this "Hand Tool is Scrolling Speed is 1.0 Activated by" pale gray settings text on the dark grey background. Clicking on 'Activated by' to choose right mouse button for example, does not do anything. Hand tool title is misleading as it does not work like a hand tool in Photoshop would or any other app that would have a workplace larger than screen and needed moving around. Doesn't work in an image tab, can't scroll a big pic.

It works fine. My main issues are that it does not work on the PDF viewer on the Edge browser, which is the primary reason I wanted it. The other major flaw is that it cannot work with just the left mouse button. You should be able to click it on when you need it, use it to scroll with the left mouse button, then if you need to highlight text you click it off and use the left mouse button to highlight text.
