EN : PadSpectrum turns your Novation Launchpad S into a live spectral audio visualizer and a YouTube media controller — all from a single Python script and this Chrome extension. VISUALIZER The 8x8 LED grid reacts to your system audio in real time, with 4 display modes: - Mode 0 — gradient bars (green to red by position) - Mode 1 — monochrome bars (color by height) - Mode 2 — floating peak dot - Mode 3 — radial display (bass on the outside, treble at the center) Switch modes with the Arm button. YOUTUBE CONTROLS - Next / Previous track - Toggle repeat and shuffle - Open YouTube (launches Chrome if closed) - System volume up / down / mute HOW IT WORKS This extension connects to a local Python script via WebSocket (localhost:8765). The script handles audio analysis and MIDI input from the Launchpad S. No data leaves your machine.
