Play GeForce NOW in your browser with a keyboard and mouse that the game sees as an Xbox controller. PadShim builds a virtual Xbox 360 controller from your keyboard and mouse, so games that expect a controller, or that only give analog steering and throttle to a controller, become playable from a Mac, a Chromebook or any PC without a gamepad. It works on play.geforcenow.com and on the cloud gaming sites you enable, only while a game is streaming: on the menus your keyboard and mouse are untouched. TWO PROFILES, EVERYTHING EDITABLE • Racing, based on Forza Horizon defaults: W/S throttle and brake, A/D steering, Space handbrake, E/Q shift, Shift clutch, R rewind, Tab camera, H horn, arrows look around. • Stick, based on first- and third-person conventions: WASD left stick, left click RT, right click LT, Space A, Ctrl B, R/F/E X, 1/2 Y, Q LB, G RB, Shift sprint, V melee, middle click ping, Tab View, Enter Menu. Bindings use physical key positions, so WASD is ZQSD on an AZERTY keyboard, and the labels shown are the ones printed on your keyboard. MOUSE CAMERA One key captures the mouse to drive the right stick; the same key releases it. Nothing is captured on click, Esc is never used. WOOTING ANALOG KEYBOARDS Gamepad mode is re-presented as a standard controller with real analog steering, throttle and brake (4-step calibration). Direct analog reading over WebHID, keyboard in its normal profile, is included as a beta. OTHER SITES, ON DEMAND GeForce NOW is built in. Enable Xbox Cloud Gaming, Amazon Luna, Boosteroid, Blacknut or any domain from the settings page: Chrome asks for that site only, when you enable it. SETTINGS EVERYWHERE In-game panel, toolbar popup and a full settings page. Changes apply live. Tooltips on every setting. Interface in English and French. PRIVACY No data collection, no server, no account. Settings stay in your browser. FAIR PLAY PadShim is made for racing, single-player and accessibility. Publishers of competitive shooters treat mouse-driven controller input as cheating and ban accounts: switch PadShim OFF there, GeForce NOW supports keyboard and mouse natively.
