Packizon SmartPack — Scale & Order Connector
Overview
Connects your shipping platform to your warehouse scale — captures order data and writes back validated weight automatically.
Packizon WMS Connect bridges your SmartPack warehouse station to your WMS and validates package weight against your USB or serial scale. When an order is opened in your WMS, the extension automatically captures the order details and forwards them to the local SmartPack desktop app. The app reads the live scale weight, compares it against the expected package weight, and sends a PASS or FAIL result back — writing the validated weight directly into your WMS without manual entry. Features: - Real-time order capture from your WMS - Automatic weight validation against USB/serial scale - Seamless write-back to your WMS without manual entry - Works alongside the SmartPack desktop app (required) Note: This extension requires the SmartPack desktop application and native messaging host to be installed on the same Windows machine. It is intended for use by Packizon customers only.
