Pace Pets is a local-only Chrome extension for tracking Codex usage, pace, and reset timing from the signed-in ChatGPT session in your browser. The extension displays remaining usage, pace status, recent reset timing, and a toolbar badge so you can quickly see whether you are on track for the current usage window. Privacy posture: - No Pace Pets server - No telemetry - No account sync - No maintainer-controlled data collection - No reading ChatGPT chats or page contents - No screenshots or page capture Usage history is stored only in Chrome extension local storage on your device. Stored history is bounded and contains normalized usage fields such as timestamps, supported usage-window keys, remaining/used percentages, reset timestamps, and source/version markers. Pace Pets is an independent 41 Shades utility. It is not an OpenAI product and is not affiliated with OpenAI. It depends on browser-visible ChatGPT/Codex usage endpoints that may change.
