Prepare PACE supplier RFQs in Gmail and link observed sends to your RFQ. Never sends email automatically.

Prepare professional supplier RFQs from PACE RFQ Station in your own business Gmail account. Click “Draft RFQ in Gmail” on a supplier result in PACE. The extension opens a new compose window in your matching, already-open PACE business Gmail inbox and fills in the supplier’s email address, subject and formatted request details. It preserves the default signature Gmail inserts for new messages. You review the recipient, From address, request and signature before sending. The extension never sends email automatically. Requires access to PACE RFQ Station and your matching @pacegroupaviation.com Gmail account open in the same Chrome profile. Gmail must be displayed in English. Save and close existing compose windows before preparing another request. After installation, refresh both PACE and Gmail. Designed for PACE Group Aviation employees. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
