PromptDock
Overview
Save reusable prompt templates and insert reviewed prompts into ChatGPT or Claude.
Stop rewriting the same ChatGPT instructions again and again. Prompt Helper lets you turn your frequently used prompts into reusable actions. Select text from a ChatGPT conversation, choose a template, review the completed prompt, and insert it directly into the ChatGPT message box. You can create templates for tasks such as: • Explaining difficult content • Reviewing an AI answer • Rewriting academic English • Challenging claims and identifying weaknesses • Explaining code • Applying your own custom analysis instructions Prompt Helper can automatically include useful context such as: • Selected text • The latest user message • The latest AI response • Additional user input • The current page title Your prompts remain under your control. Every generated prompt can be reviewed and edited before insertion, and Prompt Helper never sends messages automatically. Local-first privacy: • No account • No tracking or analytics • No external server • No LLM API calls • No saved conversation history • Templates are stored locally in Chrome Prompt Helper is designed for students, researchers, developers, writers, and regular ChatGPT users who want a faster and more consistent prompting workflow.
