OwlSnap is a screenshot tool for Chrome. It captures the visible area or the entire page and lets you edit the image before saving. The editor includes basic tools like pen, arrow, rectangle, text, highlighter, and blur. You can save as PNG or JPEG, or copy to clipboard. No data is collected. Everything runs locally on your device.
