Fill out IDEXX Neo pet client forms quickly!

OVIForm autofills new client and patient intake forms in IDEXX Neo. Paste copied client data into the extension, click Fill Form, and the extension populates contact fields (name, address, phone, email), secondary contact info, and pet details (name, species, breed, age, sex/neuter status, microchip, color). Designed for veterinary staff who enter new clients from external sources. Requires an active IDEXX Neo tab.
