OutReach Pilot turns Gmail into a personal outreach machine - without the tricks. - Mail merge from a CSV or a published Google Sheet: personalize subject and body with {{variables}} and {spintax|variants}. - AI-written follow-ups: generate a second email from each recipient's row data, then review it before sending. - Honest tracking: opens and clicks are counted per recipient. Provider image proxies (Gmail, Apple Mail Privacy Protection) are listed separately as "possible opens" - no inflated numbers. - Follow-up sequences: up to two stages, stop on open, click or reply, pause and resume anytime. - Flat pricing per mailbox: no per-seat tax, no branded footer on paid plans. How it works 1. Install the extension and pin it. 2. Open the connect page from the extension popup, add a Gmail app password (16 characters, created in your own Google Account). The app password is stored encrypted on the backend you connect to; the extension never sees it. 3. Open a Gmail compose window and click the Outreach chip in its header. 4. Paste your recipient list or import a CSV/URL, write your template, preview the merged result, then add the campaign to the queue. 5. Watch the per-recipient timeline: sent, opened, clicked, replied.
