Outreach Everywhere

Longwinded and painful.

You now have the install the extension in order to add new prospects who are not already in Outreach. So ridiculous and long winded.

I really like outreach as a tool but the extension isn't working well at all! I have to constantly reload the pages when I'm in Salesforce to try and pull across relevant lead data. Often it just whites out and I don't get anything until I reset everything, which is a waste of time. Also I can only add templates into Outreach if i'm in incognito mode as I cannot cut and past otherwise and formatting doesn't update!!! Annoying features for an otherwise really helpful too.

I can't tell if this actually saves me time. Constantly have to refresh the Salesforce tab just for the extension to recognize the contact page that I'm viewing. There are plenty of times that the entire extension whites out (usually if i switch tabs to a prospects web site then flip back to Salesforce tab) while I'm mid-dial and the only way to hang up is close out the entire tab which then skips the opportunity to disposition the call. Good in theory, doesn't work well.

It helped me bump emails and this has been so helpful reaching out xxx number of times to unresponsive customers.

It's intuitive, reliable, and has saved me a ton of time. If you're using Outreach, this extension is a must-have!

I'm not one to leave reviews but truly can't live without this extension - it's so fast using this whenever I need to reference literally anything related to my prospecting / deals when I'm working out of gmail / crm.

I love the Outreach chrome extension when working from Gmail and SFDC. It helps me execute on critical tasks daily!

Makes a HUGE difference in my day to day. Prospecting on easy mode!

Massively important in me making my sales journey throughout the day without interruption!
