Outlook Link Guard — 點開信件連結前，先看清真面目 在 Outlook Web 點擊信件超連結時，若目標網域不在你的白名單，Outlook Link Guard 會先還原 Microsoft Safe Links 的真實網址、檢查仿冒與釣魚風險，並跳出確認視窗，讓你在開啟前多想一秒，降低誤點釣魚與惡意連結的風險。 核心模式： 1.超連結攔截模式：非白名單前先詢問 2.外部郵件攔截模式/外部郵件附件攔截模式：點開外部郵件前先詢問；點開外部郵件的附件前也先詢問。 3.外部郵件完全封鎖模式：最嚴格模式，所有外部郵件一律「不予開啟」。 4.閱讀模式：純文字 / 安全HTML (封鎖外部圖片) ---- Outlook Link Guard — See the True Destination Before Opening Email Links When you click a hyperlink in an email in Outlook Web, if the target domain is not on your whitelist, Outlook Link Guard first restores the real URL behind Microsoft Safe Links, checks for impersonation and phishing risks, and displays a confirmation dialog. This gives you one extra second to think before opening the link, reducing the risk of accidentally clicking phishing or malicious links. Core Modes: Hyperlink Interception Mode: Ask for confirmation before opening non-whitelisted links. External Email Interception Mode / External Email Attachment Interception Mode: Ask for confirmation before opening external emails; also ask for confirmation before opening attachments from external emails. External Email Full Blocking Mode: The strictest mode. All external emails are blocked from being opened.
