Capture leads from search-results pages you open yourself, straight into your Outlio dashboard. No downloads, no uploads.

Outlio Lead Capture removes the save-and-upload step from your prospecting. Instead of saving each results page as an HTML file, downloading it, and uploading it to your dashboard, you start a capture session and browse normally. Each page you open is sent to your Outlio account and turned into structured leads, with duplicates removed against everything you have captured before. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install the extension and connect your Outlio account 2. Open a lead search-results page 3. Click Start Capture 4. Move between pages yourself — each one is captured as you arrive 5. Click Finish Capture, and your leads are waiting in the dashboard Your leads appear in the same dashboard, in the same table, with the same CSV export you already use. WHAT YOU GET • No more saving pages as HTML files • No more choosing a download folder • No more uploading files one at a time • Duplicates removed automatically across every page and every session • Live progress in the extension and on your dashboard as pages are processed WHAT IT DOES NOT DO This matters, so it is stated plainly. • It does not navigate for you. There is no automatic paging, clicking, profile opening, messaging, or connection requests. You browse; it reads the page you chose to capture. • It captures nothing outside a session you started. A badge on the toolbar icon shows whenever a session is active, and disappears when you finish. • It never asks for your LinkedIn password, and never reads cookies, saved logins, or session tokens. • It has no access to any website other than lead search-results pages and the Outlio account-connection page. • It does not track your browsing, and contains no analytics. PRIVACY The extension reads the results list on a page you opened, and sends it to your own Outlio account for processing. It does not collect your browsing history, your credentials, or anything from any other site. You can disconnect any browser at any time from Settings, and clear captured data from your dashboard whenever you want.
