Overview
See which search results your workspace has already prospected, contacted or won a link from, and add new ones to a campaign.
Outlink Radar puts your own link-building history on the search results page. Anyone can tell you a domain's authority score. Only your own workspace knows that a teammate emailed this editor twelve days ago, or that this site is already a live link for another client. That is the signal Outlink Radar surfaces — inline, on Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo, on the searches you already run when you go prospecting. WHAT EACH RESULT TELLS YOU Every organic result gets a single status badge, and the most severe signal always wins, so a domain you must not touch can never quietly render as new: • Do not contact — the domain is on your suppression list • Link live — you already have a placement here • Outreach live — an opportunity is already in an active stage • Contacted — outbound email has already gone out, and how long ago • In pipeline — already a prospect, shown with the campaign it belongs to • New — nothing on file A dropped placement is deliberately not treated as blocking. A link you lost is one of the best re-pitch targets you have, so those stay addable. ADD THE NEW ONES WITHOUT LEAVING THE PAGE Tick the results worth pursuing and add them to a campaign from the bar at the bottom of the page. They go through the same enrichment pipeline as domains found by Outlink AI's own discovery — nothing about a prospect added here is second-class. Adding is limited to workspace owners and admins, matching the CSV importer, because it seeds real outreach; everyone on the team sees the badges. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Lookups read only your own workspace data. Outlink Radar sends the domain names of the results on the page in order to match them against your records — never your search terms, never page content, and never a record of the sites you browse. It runs only on the three search engines listed above, and it asks for access to the current tab only at the moment you click its toolbar icon. There is no third-party data call and no crawling behind a lookup. REQUIREMENTS Outlink Radar requires an Outlink AI account — it reads your workspace, so it has nothing to show without one. Sign in from the toolbar icon with the same credentials you use at outlinkai.com. Privacy policy: https://www.outlinkai.com/legal/privacy
