Automatically detect new questions and update the navigation bar 4. Support collapsing/expanding the navigation bar to save space 5. Support dragging to move the navigation bar position 6. Hide navigation bar when there are fewer than 2 conversations, show when 2 or more 7. The "+" button in minimized state can also be dragged to move 8. Show more question content on hover when text is truncated
