Oun (Homie) for Dotloop puts Homie in a side panel next to Dotloop, so you can work on a transaction without leaving the loop. On a loop: - Chat with Homie about the transaction. Homie can read the documents, fix the deal data and update the loop. - Pick up any of your earlier chats on the deal, or start a new one. Your chats show up in Homie as they happen. - Compare the deal data in Oun against the loop in Dotloop, with every difference flagged. - See the deal's full checklist, grouped by status: needs attention, in review, approved and optional. On a document: - See Homie's compliance findings for the document you're viewing, highlighted on the page so you can see where each issue sits. - Resolve or dismiss findings, then approve the document or return it with a note. - See what the document says about the deal data and, where the deal differs, use the document's value in one click. Every decision and chat is saved in Homie, where your compliance workflow already lives. How to use it: 1. Install the extension. 2. Sign in to Homie at app.oun.homes and keep that tab open. 3. Open a loop or a document in Dotloop. 4. Click the edge handle on the right to open the panel.
