OUI RadDictate turns your voice into clean, structured clinical reports — dictated straight into the web-based system you already work in. Speak your findings and our secure cloud transcribes them and places the text into the field you're typing in. No window switching, no copy-paste, and no desktop dictation software to install. Built for clinicians who document in a browser — radiology reporting in a web-based RIS, and any specialty working in a web-based EMR or hospital information system. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with your OUI account. 2. Click Start Dictation and speak — or use your phone as a wireless microphone. 3. The transcribed report drops into the text field you have focused. Review, edit, and you're done. KEY FEATURES - Dictate into any web-based EMR / HIS / RIS — text is inserted into the field you're actually typing in. - Cloud transcription that understands clinical language and formatting. - Templates — build reusable report templates with trigger phrases and [___] fill-in fields for fast, consistent structured reporting; import and export as JSON. - Proofread — grab the text already in a field and have it cleaned up and formatted. - Dictate on your phone — pair your phone as a microphone when your workstation mic isn't ideal. - Upload audio — transcribe an existing audio file instead of recording live. - Cross-device history — your report history syncs between the extension and the OUI mobile app. - Local recording backups (optional, on by default) — keep a private copy of each dictation (audio + transcript) on your own computer; play, export, or delete them anytime from the Recordings tab, or turn backups off entirely. - Automatic history clean-up — reports auto-delete after a period you choose (default 14 days; adjustable 1–60 days, or off). - HQ audio toggle and light/dark themes. PRIVACY & SECURITY - End-to-end encrypted report history: reports are encrypted on your device with a key derived from your password, and we store only ciphertext we cannot read. - Designed for de-identified reporting — dictate the findings, not patient demographics. - Dictated audio is processed only to produce the transcript and is not retained by us afterward. - The extension only reads the text field you're dictating into — it does not read or collect other content from the pages you visit. - Runs on Google Cloud (Vertex AI); your content is not used to train models. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. - All traffic encrypted in transit (TLS); stored data encrypted at rest. YOU STAY IN CONTROL RadDictate is a documentation aid.
