Overview

Otto works inside the CRM and tools you already use.

OttoDesk puts Otto, Trezly's assistant for real-estate agents, in a side panel right beside the tools you already use: your CRM, your transaction software, your email and your calendar. Tell Otto what you need in plain words, typed or spoken, and Otto does it in the tab you have open, step by step, while you watch. Anything that matters waits for your tap. No new system to learn. No copying the same details between websites. Otto works where you already work. WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 0.1.2 • Save contacts from your screen into Trezly. Ask "save the first 100 of these to Trezly" and Otto reads the list on the page, every column, page after page, stops at your number, and opens a contact's record when the phone or email is only there. Contacts are merged with the ones you already have, Otto tells you what it saved and anything it could not, and one tap undoes the whole batch. • Big jobs keep going. A long task, such as 100 contacts, carries on by itself in sections, and you can tap Continue to pick up where it stopped. • Works on sites you haven't allowed yet. When Chrome hides a website from OttoDesk (your email, a CRM you haven't used it on), Otto now asks for your OK instead of stopping with an error. • Honest about sends. Otto tells you it clicked Send after you approved it, and never says an email or text was delivered unless the page shows it. • Results and approval cards stay in the panel, right next to your work. • Steadier reading of lists and record pages, including pages that load slowly or change in place. WHAT YOU CAN ASK OTTO TO DO • Work your CRM: "Log that I left Maria a voicemail." "Move the Garcias to Under Contract." "Add everyone from Saturday's open house as new leads." "What's overdue today? Build me a call list." • Save contacts into Trezly: "Save the first 100 contacts on this list to Trezly." "Add these three people to my Trezly contacts." One tap undoes a batch. • Find your next listing: "Find expired listings in 32789 with the owners' phone numbers." "Show me tax-delinquent properties nearby that might need to sell." Otto pulls the list and can put it straight into your CRM. • Know your market: "What did homes like this sell for?" "Pull sold comps within a mile." Otto answers from recorded sales and public property records. An estimated value is a range from those sales, never an appraisal. • Get it written: "Draft a follow-up to my new leads." "Reply to the Johnsons' email." Otto writes in your voice, and nothing is sent until you approve it. • Work your email: "Find the email from UPS." "Open a new email to Brady and draft it." Otto works in your web email the way you would. • Carry a deal across tools: Otto can take a deal's details from one tool and enter them in another, so you don't retype them. WORKS IN THE TOOLS YOU ALREADY USE Most assistants only work inside one product. Otto works across them. Because OttoDesk operates the page in your own browser, it can help in the CRM, transaction platform and email you already have open, and it keeps working if you ever switch tools. One assistant for your whole workflow. YOU'RE ALWAYS IN CONTROL Before Otto sends, deletes, enrolls, shares or spends anything, it stops and shows you an approval card that says exactly what it is about to do, such as "Send this text to these 4 people" or "Change this status to Under Contract", and waits for your tap. • Reading the page is free; acting on it waits for you. • Otto works only in the tab you have open, and only on websites you allow. • It never types passwords, one-time codes or card numbers, and it stops at sign-in pages and security checks. • A step list shows every move. Press Esc at any time to stop Otto. • Trezly keeps a record of each step Otto takes: which site and what kind of action, not the page's content. RESPONSIBLE OUTREACH Otto never auto-dials and never sends messages on its own: calls and texts go out only when you choose to send them. Do Not Call registry checks are not built in yet, so Otto reminds you to confirm consent and local calling rules before you reach out. PRIVACY Otto reads the page you ask it to work in; that is how it helps. Your data is yours: it is never sold and never licensed to anyone else. The first time you ask Otto to work on a website, OttoDesk asks for your OK and your browser confirms it. You can limit or remove that access at any time in Chrome's extension settings. HOW IT WORKS OttoDesk lives in your browser's side panel, one click away from whatever you're doing. Sign in once with your Trezly account, or create one in the panel, and Otto's tools are ready, including your Trezly contacts, documents and market data, without leaving the page you're on. GETTING STARTED 1. Install OttoDesk and pin it to your toolbar. 2. Click the OttoDesk icon to open the side panel, then sign in or create your Trezly account. 3. Open the CRM, email or tool you want help in. 4. Type or say what you need. The first time, tap Allow so Otto can work on the websites you open, then approve each step that matters. Prefer to talk? Tap the microphone or press Alt+O. WHO IT'S FOR Real-estate agents, teams and brokerages who work in web-based CRMs, transaction tools and email all day and want the repetitive work handled (lead entry, call and note logging, follow-ups, status changes, saving contacts, comps and seller-lead prospecting) without changing the tools they rely on. REQUIREMENTS • Google Chrome 116 or newer (also available for Microsoft Edge). • A Trezly account (create one in the panel). • Your OK for OttoDesk to work on the websites you use it on. SUPPORT Questions, feedback, or a workflow you'd like Otto to handle? Email the Trezly team at support@trezly.com. Otto is Trezly's assistant. OttoDesk works with third-party real-estate software and web email, including popular CRMs and transaction platforms, but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers; all product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. OttoDesk works alongside your MLS and existing tools and is not a replacement for the MLS or for professional, legal, or compliance advice. You are responsible for using OttoDesk in line with your agreements, your brokerage's policies, and applicable law, including the rules governing calls and texts.
