What you can do with Otterly: • Create a new Arc wallet or import an existing one from a 12-word recovery phrase or a private key • View your USDC and EURC balances and your recent transaction history • Send and receive tokens on Arc • View ERC-721 and ERC-1155 NFTs you hold • Connect to Arc-compatible decentralized applications and approve their transaction and signature requests through the standard wallet provider interface How your data is handled: • Your recovery phrase and private keys are encrypted with AES-GCM using a key derived from your password and never leave your device • Wallet data is stored locally in your browser's extension storage • Otterly does not operate any server and does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information • Outbound network requests only go to public Arc RPC endpoints, the Arcscan block explorer API, and standard favicon and font CDNs Otterly currently supports Arc Testnet (chain ID 5042002).
