The tool is designed for practical Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), documentation, research, library and archive work, compliance support, and evidence capture workflows. It can also support professional, private-sector, government, and law enforcement use where accurate webpage documentation is required. Pegasus OSINT Webpage Capture Lite is built with privacy and GDPR-conscious use in mind. Screenshots are processed locally in the browser. The extension does not include telemetry, tracking, advertising identifiers, or automatic cloud upload.
