Build vocabulary from the pages you already read. Orvoca is a Chrome extension for capturing English words and sentences without leaving the page. Each item goes to Inbox first, so you decide what belongs in your vocabulary before review. - On a site you allow, select a word or sentence and use the page button or right-click menu. - Keep optional sentence context with the item. - Check new items in Inbox and add only the words you want to learn. - Review due words with spaced repetition. - Check recent captures, pending sync, and today's review queue in the popup. - Choose which sites Orvoca can access. Capture stays off until you allow a site. Sign in at orvoca.app to connect the extension and web console. If the network is unavailable, captures wait on your device and sync after the connection recovers. Privacy: Orvoca does not collect your full browsing history or full page content. It handles the text you choose, optional sentence context, the current site URL or hostname used for site controls, and limited sync, product-use, and diagnostic data.
