Org Sentinel
Overview
Prioritizes risks, alerts, and trends across your Salesforce organization.
Org Sentinel turns technical Salesforce evidence into a clear, prioritized answer to one question: what needs attention now? Open the side panel beside a Salesforce organization, authorize access through OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, and investigate API capacity, storage, security, users, permissions, automations, integrations, governance, and release quality. Organization Health 2.0 evaluates 22 weighted factors across eight areas: Security, Users, API, Storage, Automations, Integrations, Release Quality, and Governance. Scores appear only when enough applicable evidence is available. Model coverage, access coverage, and confidence are displayed separately, and unavailable data is never treated as healthy. Release Managers receive an explainable readiness cockpit with automated preflight gates, Apex coverage, failed tests, component coverage, accessible deployment history, change intelligence, organization comparison, post-release monitoring, and GO, GO WITH CONDITIONS, NO-GO, or INSUFFICIENT DATA recommendations. Human approval remains authoritative; Org Sentinel does not start, cancel, or modify deployments. Eligible Team and Enterprise workspaces can persist release checklists, comments, approvals, and decisions in an auditable collaboration trail. Data teams receive a Data Reliability workspace for Salesforce-to-lakehouse freshness, jobs, schema drift, reconciliation, lineage, and incidents. The optional Databricks connector is configured only on the secure backend page: its personal access token never enters the extension and is encrypted at rest on the server. Administrators can search users and alerts, filter findings, and open investigative tables for logins, observed sessions, permissions, API usage, automations, storage, limits, licenses, audit trail, Event Monitoring, configuration changes, baselines, health factors, and source coverage. Each finding explains priority, source, confidence, limitations, and recommended action. HTML, canonical JSON with SHA-256 integrity, and traceable CSV audit artifacts are generated locally. Information controls throughout the product explain where evidence came from, how scoring works, and what limitations apply. The extension never asks for Salesforce passwords and never reads Salesforce session cookies. Salesforce API traffic goes directly from the browser to Salesforce. A separate Org Sentinel account supports signup, email verification, password reset, plan entitlements, eligible cloud history, workspace collaboration, account export/deletion, and email preferences. Eligible paid plans may synchronize normalized aggregate metrics to encrypted workspace history. Salesforce OAuth tokens, raw user rows, emails, IP addresses, and textual finding evidence are excluded. Org Sentinel does not sell data, display advertising, embed marketing analytics, or provide data to brokers.
