OrderPeek – Shopify orders in Gmail
Overview
See a customer’s Shopify orders, delivery status and tracking inside Gmail, and reply with one click. Read-only.
Answer “where is my order?” without leaving Gmail. OrderPeek adds a side panel to Gmail that shows your customer’s Shopify orders, delivery status and tracking the moment you open their email. Reply with one click. WHAT YOU SEE • The answer first: where the order is (not shipped yet, in transit, out for delivery, delayed or delivered), with the estimated delivery date when Shopify has one, and a “Possibly late” flag when an order passes limits you set • The customer: name, number of orders, total spent, tags and notes, with a link to open them in Shopify • Their recent orders (up to five) as chips you can switch between, with payment and fulfillment status, items, tracking number and carrier link, and shipping address • Copy summary: a plain-text summary of an order, ready to paste into a chat or ticket REPLY IN ONE CLICK Pick a template and it is placed in your reply box. Seventeen variables fill themselves in: customer name, order number, order total, items, shipping address, tracking number and link, carrier, delivery status, estimated delivery and your sign-off. If a value isn’t available it stays visible, so you notice before you send. OrderPeek never sends anything for you. FINDS THE ORDER EVEN WHEN THE EMAIL DOESN’T MATCH Guest checkouts, a different email address on the order, or “order #1042” in the message: OrderPeek follows the clues, says so when it matched by order number or by the order’s email, and a search box covers the rest. SEVERAL STORES, ONE INBOX Connect up to three stores (Pro). The store the email was addressed to comes first, and templates and sign-offs can be set per store. PRIVATE AND READ-ONLY • Orders load straight from Shopify into your browser. They don’t pass through OrderPeek’s servers, and nothing about you or your customers is stored there. • Read-only: OrderPeek can’t edit, refund or cancel anything. It asks Shopify only for read_customers and read_orders. • Order data is held in your browser’s memory for up to five minutes, then discarded. • One thing to know: the library that lets OrderPeek appear inside Gmail (InboxSDK) sends its own usage and error reports to its operator, which can include a hash of your Gmail address. OrderPeek never gives it your customers’ data. The privacy policy has the details. PLANS • Free: 1 store, 30 lookups a month, 3 templates. A lookup counts only when OrderPeek finds a customer or an order; newsletters and unknown senders are free. • Pro: unlimited lookups and templates, up to 3 stores. Billed through Shopify, with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time. Works with Gmail and Google Workspace in Chrome. Requires a Shopify store. OrderPeek is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify or Google. Shopify and Gmail are trademarks of their respective owners.
