ORD20 Wallet
Overview
Mint, send and receive ORD20 tokens on BSV. Non-custodial: your keys stay in this browser, encrypted with your password.
ORD20 Wallet is a non-custodial wallet for ORD20 tokens on the BSV blockchain. ORD20 is a sat-backed token protocol: every unit of a token is one satoshi, so a token is backed by the coins it is made of. One token equals 100 satoshis, and amounts are shown with two decimals. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Mint tokens that are open for public minting, at one satoshi per 0.01 token - Send tokens, with the network fee paid either from the tokens themselves or from your BSV - Receive on your own address, with a QR code you can share or save - Follow every transaction: sent, in a block, balance updated - Keep several accounts in one wallet, each with its own address - Mint straight from ord20.io: the website can ask this wallet, and you approve every mint in the wallet itself YOUR KEYS STAY YOURS - The wallet is non-custodial: your key never leaves your browser and is never sent anywhere - Keys and recovery phrases are stored encrypted (AES-GCM with PBKDF2-SHA256, 600,000 rounds) - "Password for every signature" is on by default, so no key is kept in memory between actions - Auto-lock ends the session after the idle time you choose - Import an existing wallet with a 12 or 24 word recovery phrase or a WIF key; the same words give the same address as the ORD20 iOS app and the web wallet on ord20.io BUILT TO BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR MONEY - Every transaction is built, signed and checked in a script engine on your own device before it is sent - You see the exact amounts — what the recipient gets, what returns to you, the issuer fee and the network fee — before you confirm. ORD20 charges no platform fee - Each token input is verified against the node before anything is signed - If a transaction may have been sent, the wallet looks it up by its id and never sends it twice WORKING WITH THE ORD20 WEBSITE - Only ord20.io can ask this wallet anything. On every other page the wallet is simply not there - A website can ask three things: to connect, to read the confirmed balance of the connected account, and to mint - Connecting is approved once per site; a mint is approved every single time, in a window of the wallet that shows the asking site, the token, the amount and the exact costs - The website never receives your key, your recovery phrase, your password or a raw transaction - Connected sites are listed under Settings, where you can disconnect them at any time WHAT THIS EXTENSION DOES NOT DO - It never asks for, stores or transmits personal data - It does not track you, shows no advertising and has no analytics - It does not read or change the pages you visit - It contains no remote code: everything it runs is in the package Deploying your own ORD20 token is not open in this release; it is announced in the wallet as "Soon online".
