Orchard for Meet saves notes from your Google Meet calls to Orchard. No bot joins your calls. GET STARTED Open https://www.orchardagentic.cloud/#browse/meeting-notetaker 1. Sign in to Orchard (free) and click Connect on Meeting notetaker. 2. Install this extension. 3. In your Meeting notetaker room, click Connect this browser. That's it. Join any Google Meet call and notes start automatically. HOW IT WORKS Orchard for Meet reads Google Meet's live captions in your browser tab and sends each line to your private Meeting notetaker room in Orchard. A small badge that only you see shows when notes are being taken; you can stop or resume from it. When the call ends, the full transcript is saved and a summary appears in Orchard within about a minute. Later, ask Meeting notetaker questions about your past meetings, and it answers with references to what was said. GOOD TO KNOW • Nothing is posted to the meeting, and the badge hides while you share your screen. • Only caption text, the speaker names Meet shows, and the meeting title and code are sent, and only to your own Orchard account. • A free Orchard account is required. Summaries and search use your monthly usage allowance. • Notes follow the caption language set in Google Meet. • Works in desktop Chromium browsers. Calls joined from a phone or the Meet app aren't captured. Privacy policy: https://www.orchardagentic.cloud/privacy.html
