Orca: Find time

Find a shared meeting time from Gmail. Create pods, check your active meetings, and insert a scheduling link.

Orca helps groups find a meeting time without the back-and-forth. Start from a Gmail conversation, propose several possible times, and insert a secure scheduling link into your draft. Each participant crosses out the times they cannot attend. When Google Calendar is connected, Orca checks free/busy availability and pre-eliminates calendar conflicts without reading or displaying event names or details. After everyone responds, Orca selects the earliest mutually available time and creates the Google Calendar event when the organizer has granted booking permission.
