Install the extension and make sure you're logged in at substack.com. 2. Click the Orbit icon and Connect to Orbit to sign in. 3. Your recent people load first. Older history fills in quietly in the background. Orbit syncs after you've been on Substack and a few times a day, only while your computer is on.
