Overview

Let your Orbs work in the tabs you share, with your own sign-ins. Passwords, card details and payments stay yours.

Orbit for Chrome connects Chrome to the Orbit app on your computer, so your Orbs (Orbit's AI helpers) can do things for you on websites where you're already signed in. Open the Orbit side panel to have your Moon and your Orbs' chats beside the page, live: carry any of them on, start a new one, and press "Use this tab" to let that Orb work on the page you're looking at. You stay in charge of what they can see: - Orbs only use tabs you share. Press the Orbit button and choose "Share this tab with Orbit", or let an Orb open a tab for you. Shared tabs sit together in a blue Orbit tab group, so you can always see which ones they are. Drag a tab out of the group, or press Stop sharing, and Orbs can't use it any more. - The first time an Orb wants to act on a website, Orbit asks you. Nothing happens on a site you haven't allowed. - Orbs never type passwords, card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. They never press Pay, Buy or Place order, or confirm a checkout. When a step needs you, the page comes to the front with a "Your turn" bar and Done and Stop buttons, and the Orb waits. - Orbs never read your saved passwords, your history, your cookies or your other tabs. - While an Orb is working, Chrome shows its own "is debugging this browser" bar. Press Cancel on it at any time to stop Orbit and stop sharing every tab. - Everything an Orb does in your browser is written to a log on your computer, which you can open from Orbit's settings. Orbit for Chrome talks only to your Orbit app: on the same computer through Chrome's native messaging (it opens no network port), and, for the side panel on another computer, end to end encrypted through Orbit's relay, which can't read what passes through it. Pair the side panel on another computer once, with the link from Orbit's Settings, like a phone. It needs the Orbit app for Mac (Windows coming). Get Orbit at superorbit.app. Works in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Brave.
