As of Chrome 71, all users are now forced to adopt the new Material Refresh UI. The rounded tabs look okay, but there is one huge downside in this change. It's that those 'deselected tabs' became extremely hard to discriminate. We can deal with that issue with this simple and straightforward theme called "Orange frame with distinguishable gray tabs".
