The purpose is to facilitate to all company’s employees the access to our Collaboration service while remaining in their web browser and Google Suite environment (through Gmail) Features available: - Telephony: o Dialer or input field for outgoing calls o Incoming calls with Web notification o Call transfer o SMS (outgoing) * o Phone call monitoring (on hold / resume, mute ) o DTMF management - Google Directory and Personal contact integration for: o Search by name o Caller / Called name resolution o Gmail thread participants : quick contact feature o Transfer feature - Technical and support: o Network changes or failures management o Log management - Installation and configuration: o Installation package available on Chrome Web Store to install Orange extension o Installation package to install on user’s workstation o Login and configuration menu available on extension main screen Benefits: There is no need to know a new tool thanks to the integration into your day to day business environment.
