Remove 'AI Overviews' and all the other clutter in Google's search results -- at the touch of a button -- and reduce your carbon footprint. Bored of AI deciding what you need to know (and often getting it wrong and/or just getting in the way?). Tired of all the clutter in Google search results? Get back to 'ten blue links' quickly and easily. Did you know generating an AI overview in search uses the same energy as running an electric microwave for 8 seconds? For every search. And Google handles 5 trillion of them per year. Optimisey Search turns that 'microwave' off. - Toggle the 'Web' filter in Google search on/off easily Toggle it on to remove: - AI Overviews - Answer boxes - Wikipedia summaries - Social media call-outs - Image or video embeds - 'People Also Ask' suggestions - Even some of the ads! and more. Basically: De-clutter your search results on Google! Get back to finding what YOU want, not what the AI chooses to summarise for you. Toggle it off: and you can have all the 'features' back again, at the touch of a button. ==== Version 1.2: now works across all Google search domains (previous version was limited to google.com)
