Overview

Record your calls in Meet, Zoom or Teams, and let your Opser agents work in your browser on the sites you're signed in to.

Opser for Chrome connects Chrome to your Opser workspace. Record your calls. Press Record in Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams in the browser, and the Meetings app writes the notes, the summary and the transcript. You choose each call to record; nothing records on its own. Let your agents work in your browser. Many of the sites you use every day have no Opser app: a supplier portal, a carrier's booking site, an old CRM. When you ask, your Opser agents can work on them here, signed in as you. The tab they work in glows blue and says which agent is using it. Press Stop on the tab, or turn agents off in the extension's menu, and they let go at once. Chrome also shows its own bar while an agent is at work. Agents never drive your Opser workspace itself, and close only the tabs they opened. Opser for Chrome needs an Opser workspace. Sign in from the extension's menu.
