OPMG Review System captures new customers from the system your business already uses and lets your team decide who gets a review request. Sign in, open your customer-management website and show the extension once where a customer's name, email and phone are entered. From then on, every time a new customer is saved, the extension picks it up and asks your staff to confirm with one click (Yes or Skip). You can also switch on Automatic mode to confirm everyone. About two hours after a customer is confirmed, they receive a review request by text message, and staff can cancel it from the side panel before it goes out. How it works - One-time setup per site: record your normal workflow, then check the Name / Email / Phone fields. - Nothing is monitored until you press Go Live, and you can switch it off any time with Deactivate. - Confirm or skip each customer from the on-page popup or the side panel. - See every pending request and cancel any of them. - Built-in connection check, test capture and feedback form. Privacy and control - The extension asks for access only to the one site you choose to set up. - Only the name, email and phone you map are sent to Open Path Media. Nothing is sold or used for advertising. - Customers who aren't confirmed within two hours are discarded and never contacted. Requires an Open Path Media account.
