CSdex Roles for HLTV
Overview
Adds CSdex tactical roles, sectors and an exact-linked public YouTube library to HLTV.
CSdex Roles for HLTV adds map-side tactical role evidence, inferred contact sectors, and public CSdex videos to HLTV match, team, player, and player statistics pages. On match pages, select a played map to inspect roles for both teams and contact sectors inferred from those roles. Team pages show map cards for the visible roster. Player pages show map-side role history. The Library links public YouTube videos to exact HLTV match, player, or team IDs and labels related or general recommendations separately. Roles are labeled by evidence quality: exact map, stable roster, early roster, roster change, historical role, or no reliable role. Sector contact is an inference from role assignments, not round-by-round demo truth. Missing or conflicting evidence is withheld rather than guessed. The panel displays the role collection date; the current release covers roles through 26 August 2026. The extension runs only on hltv.org. It sends the current public page type and numeric match, team, or player IDs to the CSdex API at csdex-beta.vercel.app. It does not send search text, account identity, or browsing history. Panel settings are saved in Chrome storage. No CSdex account is required.
