Lula’s browser extension gives property management teams instant access to work order information—without switching tabs or logging into another platform. Open the Lula panel on any page to check job status, scheduling details, service notes, and resolution history. It works the same way as Lula’s Slack integration, but available in your browser on every tab. WHO IT’S FOR: Property managers, maintenance coordinators, owners, and anyone on the operations team who need fast answers about active or past maintenance jobs. Those with AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine, and Rent Manager will find this to be a helpful addition to their tools stack. WHAT YOU CAN DO: —Check the real-time status of any work order by Lula job number or your internal reference number —View scheduling details, service notes, and activity history for active and completed jobs —Get summaries of job progress and resolution details —Escalate to the Lula team directly from the panel when a job needs human follow-up WHAT IT DOESN’T DO: The extension is read-only. It does not cancel, reschedule, or modify jobs. It does not read, collect, or change any content on the pages you visit. It only displays the Lula panel overlay. HOW IT WORKS: Click the Lula icon in your browser toolbar to open the panel. Ask about any job by number. Follow up with additional questions in the same session. If the answer requires human attention, you can escalate directly. PRIVACY: The extension stores your login session and panel position locally—nothing else.
