Overview

Connect this browser to your OperaX workspace.

Connect your local browser to OperaX so your AI assistant can help with tasks on the websites you already use. OperaX Local Browser links a browser profile to your OperaX workspace. Work with pages in their existing signed-in session, view the selected page in OperaX, and switch between assistant control and manual interaction. What you can do • Connect and name multiple browser environments, then select the one you want to use. • Let your OperaX assistant read the selected page and carry out browser actions for your task. • View page previews and click, scroll, or type from the OperaX work panel. • Open and switch tabs, take over from the assistant, or disconnect the browser. Getting started 1. Sign in to your OperaX account at https://app.operax.ai. 2. Open Local browser in the OperaX work panel and get a connection code. 3. Open this extension, paste the connection code or connection link, and connect. 4. Return to OperaX and choose the browser and tab you want to use. An OperaX account and access to an OperaX workspace are required. The extension is a companion to OperaX, not a standalone AI assistant. Data and control Website sessions stay in the selected local browser profile; you do not need to export website cookies. After you connect, the extension shares open-tab titles and addresses with OperaX so you can choose a page. Selected-page text, screenshots, page previews, and browser actions are processed by OperaX to provide the requested features. When your assistant needs to read a page, relevant page text or screenshots may be sent to the AI service used by your workspace. Page content is therefore not processed exclusively on your device. You can take manual control, disconnect in OperaX or in the extension, or cancel Chrome's debugging session to stop control. Browser-internal pages and incognito tabs are excluded. The extension does not export the browser's stored cookies or saved passwords. Learn more: https://operax.ai Privacy policy: https://operax.ai/privacy
