Overview

Repo-skill tab-completion and quick-prompts in GitHub issue/PR comments.

OpenTask brings your repository's skills and common bot directives right into GitHub's issue and pull-request comment box. Type ! in any comment to open a fast, keyboard-navigable dropdown of the current repo's skills - fuzzy-filtered as you type and inserted at your caret with a single keystroke. Open the quick-prompts palette for a searchable list of @infer directives and editable templates. • Repo-aware - resolves owner/repo from the page and reads .agents/skills/ via the GitHub Contents API, cached per repo. • Non-intrusive - never touches GitHub's native @, #, or : completion; insertions keep draft-autosave and preview in sync. • Private-repo support - optional fine-grained token (Contents: read), stored only on your device. • No backend, no telemetry - the single network call lists a repo's skills. Open source (Apache 2.0). Chrome-first, portable to Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Paste that in. Well over the 25-char minimum, and every claim matches your manifest and README so it holds up against review.
